About Moonlytics

The data layer underneath a small family of digital asset products, documented publicly because infrastructure you cannot inspect is infrastructure you should not depend on.

What this is

Moonlytics is the data infrastructure behind the Moonboard and Moonlytics products: ingestion, entity resolution, normalization, enrichment, quality control and historical storage for digital asset market, social, news, narrative and ecosystem data.

It is not a new product announcement. The layer runs in production, currently holding 7,461 canonical asset identities and 6.7 million observations retained since November 2025. This site is the documentation for it.

Why document it publicly

Most data vendors publish coverage and stop. Coverage tells you how much data exists; it says nothing about whether it is right. The failures that actually cost people money — an observation attached to the wrong asset, a gap filled with a stale value, an hourly claim on a daily measurement — all live in the processing.

So the processing is documented, including the parts that are unflattering: measured cadences rather than aspirational ones, explicit limitations on every category, and a plain statement of what does not exist yet.

The four domains

Four sites, four jobs, no duplicated content:

  • moonlytics.io — provides the data.
  • moonboard.io — explains the methodology.
  • moonboard.ai — provides the interactive market intelligence.
  • moonlytics.ai — provides institutional portfolio intelligence.

If you are looking for a scoring formula, it is on moonboard.io. If you want the live market view, it is on moonboard.ai. This site answers what the data is and how good it is.

How we handle claims

Three rules, applied throughout:

  • Every figure is measured and dated. Coverage and cadence numbers come from queries against the production store, and each page says when they were taken (2026-08-31 for the current set).
  • Nothing unbuilt is described as available. The public API, webhooks, SDKs, MCP server, datasets and several tools do not exist. They are labelled as planned wherever they appear, and never in a way that implies otherwise.
  • No provider is named that we have not verified. Provider relationships are described by role rather than by brand, because contract terms make specific attribution a commercial matter rather than a technical one.

Not financial advice

Moonlytics supplies data and technical infrastructure. Market, social and sentiment data are analytical inputs. Nothing here is a recommendation, nothing predicts a price movement, and past data is no indication of future results.

Who operates it

Moonlytics is operated by NEOB Technology GmbH, based in Vienna, Austria.
