What this site does not do
- No cookies. This site sets none, of any kind.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixels, no third-party measurement.
- No third-party resources. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from this domain. Your browser contacts no other host to render these pages.
- No tracking across sites. No advertising or profiling technology is present.
- No user accounts. There is nothing to register for.
Because no cookies or comparable technologies are used, no consent banner is shown. There is nothing to consent to.
Server logs
Our web server records standard technical log entries for each request: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, referrer and user agent. This is necessary to operate the service securely and to diagnose faults.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure, functioning operation.
- Retention: log entries are rotated and deleted in the ordinary course of operation and are not used to build profiles.
- Recipients: none. Logs are not shared or sold.
Developer tools on this site
The asset resolver and ticker collision explorer send your query to our own server so that the lookup can run against the asset registry. Queries are processed to answer the request and appear only in the standard server logs described above. They are not stored separately, not associated with a visitor, and not used for any other purpose.
Hosting
This site is hosted on servers located in the European Union. No transfer of personal data to a third country takes place through the operation of this site.
Email contact
If you write to us, we process your address and message to answer you, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the enquiry and any statutory retention obligations.
Links to other sites
Pages here link to moonboard.ai, moonboard.io, moonlytics.ai and neob.ai. Those are separate services with their own privacy policies, and following a link means their policy applies from that point. This page describes moonlytics.io only.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, write to contact@neob.ai.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at.
